Co-head of Investments

Stanley Choi

Mr. Stanley Choi, JP, heads up the investment division of Prospervest. He oversees the company’s investment strategy and executions.

Mr. Choi is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia.

Mr. Choi graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a Bachelor of Finance degree. He also obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.

Mr. Choi has over 7 years of experience serving as Chief Investment Officer of a single-family office, spearheading the office’s investment strategy and portfolio management. Prior to that, he has close to 20 years of experience serving in listed companies, responsible for the companies’ corporate finance, merger and acquisition activities. In addition to his responsibilities at Prospervest, Mr. Choi is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hong Kong listed companies.

Mr. Choi spares no effort in participating in public affairs. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education and the Deputy Chairman of the Joint Committee on Student Finance of The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Co-head of Investments

Michael Choi

Mr. Michael Choi, is responsible for investments and fund structuring.

​

Mr. Choi administered and managed funds over 25 years, he specialised in collective investment structuring with diversified investment strategies across multiple jurisdictions. His strategic clients from Amicorp Fund Services (LSE: AMIF), State Street and HSBC covering regions across Asia, Middle East, Australia, and the Greater China region with excess of fifty billion US Dollars, providing them with solid base and consistent growth. 

As a qualified Cayman Islands registered director, Mr. Choi involved in private equity funds investing in various industry spectrums in Asia with a total AUM of over one hundred million US Dollars.

In his spare time, Mr. Choi involves in volunteering work and hold several advisory positions in not-for-profit organisations and government committees. 

Mr. Choi received a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management from University of Western Sydney in Australia.

Head of Real Estate Investments

Michael Mok

Mr. Michael Mok, oversees the real estate division of the company.

Mr. Mok has extensive real estate investment experience, expertly managing a diverse family-owned real estate portfolio that encompasses residential, industrial and retail properties in Hong Kong. Mr. Mok’s real estate investment philosophy is sparked by his ambition to secure long-term financial stability for his family, transforming personal investments into a robust asset portfolio.

Mr. Mok graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Mok is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Licensed Estate Agent in Hong Kong.

Co-head of Investments and Immigration

Wallace Ma 

Mr. Wallace Ma is responsible for the services of Prospervest investment, insurance and trust departments.

Mr. Ma graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia, with a double bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical)and Bachelor of Science (computer science).

Mr. Ma has more than 20 years of experience as an investment consultant, assisting many corporate and high-net-worth individual clients in completing overseas asset acquisitions and investment portfolio management. In addition to his responsibilities at Propervest, Mr. Ma is also a shareholder or director of several licensed institutions in Hong Kong.

Co-head of Immigration and Head of Education

Philip Chiu 

Mr. Philip Chiu, heads up the education division and co-head the immigration division of Prospervest. He oversees our clients’ tailor-made admissions consulting and immigration plans.

Mr. Chiu graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science, with a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance degree. He also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong and is a Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Chiu has over 10 years of experiences in school admissions and career consulting, from subject and school choices to choosing the right career path.

Mr. Chiu has been actively involve in contributing to the society, being mentor in various big scale mentorship programmes and providing consulting services to various NGOs for the under privileged students.

Head of Legal Services

Alan Chiu

Mr. Alan Chiu is a Hong Kong qualified solicitor and a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area qualified lawyer, with over 20 years’ experience in handling China and Hong Kong cross-border legal matters. 

Mr.Chiu currently serves as the Vice President of the Practice Management Committee and a member of the InnoTech Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong, and is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Hong Kong Shue Yan University, an Accredited Mediator and a China Appointed Attesting Officer appointed by the PRC Ministry of Justice.

Mr.Chiu has received more than 50 professional awards, including the Finalist of “Managing Partner of the Year”, Asian LegalBusiness Hong Kong Law Awards, 2021 and 2022.

Head of Corporate Services

Regan Ho 

Mr. Regan Ho is responsible for Corporate Services, including auditing, accounting, tax advisory, corporate advisory, etc.

Mr. Ho graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy. Mr. Ho is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising). He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the fellow of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and a member of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors.

Mr. Ho has over 18 years of experiences in audit and commercial practices serving listed companies, multinational companies and private companies, handling the auditing, financial reporting, corporate finance, merger & acquisition, fundraising, etc.

Mr. Ho spares no effort in participating in public affairs. He currently serves as the Council Member of Hong Kong Baptist University and the member of Committee On Home-School Co-operation of The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Head of Financial Planning

May Lee

Ms. May Lee is responsible for the wealth and insurance planning on company and individual client.

Ms. May Lee studied from the Curtin University, with a bachelor degree in Business Management.  She is a licensed Insurance Intermediaries.  Ms. Lee has more than 10 years of experience in Financial Services and Financial Management experiences and previously working as Senior Manager in Multinational Insurance Company with experiences in financial planning.
